If you follow my Facebook or Instagram, you’ve probably seen me post about our cutting classes with the amazing Tim Hartley, of Vidal Sassoon fame, co-founder of Cult of the Cut. We have been honored to host him for classes 3 times this year. The people taking the classes are legends in their own rite and some pretty impressive names have graced our salon this year. I decided to volunteer my hair as a model for this final installment of classes.
I was selected as a model for a talented stylist named Tom Smith. Much to my surprise, he is from right here in the Carolinas. He and Tim created a gorgeous cut! It can be hard to be a client, when you’re accustomed to being behind the chair. I put my trust in Tom and Tim, and couldn’t be happier with my results!

I’m so glad I took the plunge and chopped my hair. I can’t wait to wash it and style it, really get my hands in it. The moral of the story is, don’t let being pregnant make decisions for you regarding hair. It will give you something else to focus on, when the baby planning gets to be overwhelming.
